Each box has 5 products total. Two of them are mystery products chosen by our curl experts based on what we're loving that month — you don't pick those, that's the fun part!
The other 3 are completely yours to customize. For each of those 3 product slots, you'll choose from 3 options curated specifically for your hair type. So you're never just picking from a giant catalog — every choice in front of you was already vetted for your curls.
And since the product options rotate every month, you'll always have something new to try! No stale lineups.
Every box includes a mix of full-size and trial-size products. The exact breakdown varies month to month depending on what's been curated, but members consistently tell us they receive more than enough product each month.
And honestly? Our biggest cancellation reason isn't disappointment, it's product overwhelm. People love what they're getting, they just end up with more than they can keep up with. It's a good problem to have.
Your first box is packed and shipped within 3 business days of ordering, so you won't be waiting long!
After that, your box ships around the second week of every month, and billing happens on the 1st.
One thing worth noting: if you're signing up toward the end of the month, your first box will still ship within 3 business days like normal, but you'll be billed again on the 1st for the following month. That means your first two boxes could arrive pretty close together. Not a bad thing, but we want you to know what to expect so it doesn't catch you off-guard.
You can cancel anytime. No hoops, no phone calls, no guilt trips.
To avoid being charged for the next month, just cancel by the last day of the month. Your membership will end immediately with no further charges.
If you miss that window and get charged on the 1st, you'll receive that month's box and then your membership will end — no charges after that.
For quarterly or yearly subscribers: Pre-paid plans can be cancelled at any time, but we aren't able to issue refunds for mailers already purchased. You'll continue receiving your remaining boxes as planned and won't be charged anything further once your plan runs its course.
We ship to all 50 US States as well as all US Territories.
It all depends on the plan you choose:
MONTHLY — You're charged when you sign up, then on the 1st of every month going forward.
QUARTERLY — You're charged for your first quarter when you sign up, then every 3 months after that.
YEARLY — You're charged the full year upfront when you sign up, then once a year on that same date.
