FAQ's

Subscription

  • 5+ trial sized curl products, hand-selected by @itsbarbiedelle so you can find your perfect products without the hassle, money, and waste of full-sized trial and error!
  • A guide displaying a product key to know what hair type, porosity, and need each unique product addresses.
  • A scannable QR code linked to videos teaching you exactly how to use every product, as well as outlining the benefits of each, who they are (and aren’t) for, totally taking the guesswork out of trying new products.

Nope! Curls Monthly is all about trying new products, without the long-term time, cost or waste commitment!

Each month, you will get hand-selected curl products to try on your unique head of hair. Trust us, you may be surprised which ones you fall in love with!

If our mailer subscription is still in stock, you will receive the current month's mailer upon adding the mailer to your cart and signing up.

If our mailer subscription says it's out of stock, you'll want to join the waitlist on our Subscribe Page for when the next month's mailer opens on the 6th of each month. :)

If you choose to cancel your Curls Monthly subscription, you may do so at any time by the second to last day of the month to end services immediately.

If you do not unsubscribe by the second to last day of the month, you will be charged and receive the next mailer and will not receive any mailers or be debited after that. To cancel, login to your customer portal and select "My Subscriptions" to edit your current subscription.

All new subscription orders will be fulfilled within 7 business days.

Reoccurring subscription orders will be fulfilled in the 2nd and 3rd week of each month.

How to do this? Click on the person icon in the top, righthand order and select "Create Account".

Please note: In order to see your subscription details, you MUST create your customer account with the same email used to subscribe to Curls Monthly!

Yes! We know life gets hectic and bathroom counters get full. Feel free to skip a month by going into your Customer Portal and select to skip that month's payment to skip your mailer.

Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive an email back in 24-48 hours! If you still have not received an email, please fill out the contact form below the FAQ's on this page and we will be in contact!

Payments

Login to your Customer Portal and click on "Manage my Subscription."

Subscription: You will be charged upon sign up for this month’s mailer, then on the first day of next month + every month ongoing for monthly subscriptions.

For yearly subscriptions, you will be charged upon sign up for this month's mailer, then on an annual basis.

Starter Packs / One-time purchases: All non-subscription orders are one-time purchases. You will only be charged upon purchasing.

All mailers will be final sale.

If you never receive your package due to USPS losing it, you may be eligble for a refund after proper steps are taken (ie. contacting USPS, checking leasing office/ mail room, etc.).

In addition, if your products are damaged beyond use for reasons other than freezing, melting, etc., you may be eligible for a refund or a reshipment of damaged products.

If you do not change your address in time, you are not eligible for a refund. However, you will have the option to pay shipping costs to the location of your choice (US Only). By declining shipping costs, you are still not eligible for a refund.

Shipping

Login to your Customer Portal and you will see "Order History" that will detail the Order Number, Date of Purchase and Fulfillment Status. Once your shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (See: "How do I track my order?").

Once your shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number for your V.I.P. (Very Important Package!).

To change your shipping address, log into your customer portal and hit "View Addresses" and manage your correct address from here!

We ship both our monthly subscription + our Starter Packs within the US.

Yep! Shipping is free for all US orders.

If your mailer is lost, stolen or severely damaged please reach out via our contact form and we will refund your purchase upon review.

NOTE: Severe damage includes but is not limited to broken, busted or unusable products.
