Monthly Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that you can purchase when you sign up, or anytime after to protect your monthly shipments!

We will replace any items at no extra charge due to lost packages in the mail, USPS shipping damage, in-transit product mutilation, or poor weather. Any other shipping issue will be handled on a case by case basis.

If you choose to not have Monthly Shipping Protection - you should file a claim with USPS. You can file a claim HERE. Please note that once the mailers leave our warehouse, anything that happens to your package is out of our hands. Any refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.

To report  missing products, please contact us via our contact form. Upon review, if a product is missing or a mistake was made by Curls Monthly, we will gladly ship out a replacement of your missing product. 

You can expect a response in 24-48 hours. 

Excessive damage includes but is not limited to broken, busted or unusable products. 

Please note: We are not responsible for the freezing or melting of products. 

 

Refunds

For stolen, missing or excessively damaged mailers, you should file a claim with USPS. You can do that HERE,  Please note that once the mailers leave our warehouse, anything that happens to your package is out of our hands.  Any refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.

Cancelling your prepaid subscription only cancels your next billing, you will not be eligible for any refunds.
