Details

The VIP Curl Concierge Plan is a custom-curated curl care handbook built entirely around your unique curl pattern, hair needs, and goals. Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to a Google Form questionnaire. This form will guide you through sharing key details about your hair—such as your curl pattern, porosity, density, thickness, and hair goals—so we can craft your personalized plan.

From there, we'll review your answers and create a step-by-step guide designed to help you achieve your healthiest, most defined curls without the trial-and-error. You’ll learn exactly which products to use, why they were chosen, and how to use them for the best possible results.

Your handbook will be delivered digitally within 3–5 business days from the time you submit your completed questionnaire. If you’ve selected the Product Bundle Add-On (US only), your curated product package will ship within 2–5 additional business days after your handbook is finalized.

Is this available in my country?
YES! The VIP Curl Concierge and Personalized Curl Styling Video Add-On is available to all countries. The only thing not available outside the US is the Product Bundle Add-On.

When will I get my Product Bundle Add-On?

Am I subscribing to a monthly fee if I get the Product Bundle Add-On?
Nope! It's a one-time payment. But of course you can subscribe to Curls Monthly instead to get new (or the same) products delivered to you each month!

How is this different from the Curl Concierge Plan when subscribing to Curls Monthly?
The Curls Monthly Curl Concierge Plan is very similar, and you do not need both. The main difference is that this VIP Curl Concierge Plan is $5 more expensive, because you don't have to subscribe to Curls Monthly.
