After swimming, shampoo and rinse your hair as normal. Pour Swimmers crystals across your wet palm. Rub hands together, adding water to dissolve crystals. Apply by smoothing it onto your hair and scrunch throughout hair, then allow to remain on hair 5 minutes. Rinse the powder out. Shampoo again, rinse thoroughly. Apply conditioner, and continue with the rest of your normal hair routine.
