FAQ's

Subscription

Curls Monthly Members will get to choose 5 curly hair products shipped to your door every month or opt for our New Arrivals Mailer which are the new products entered into the Product Vault that month!


Curls Monthly Membership also includes: 

  1. Access to your own virtual curl coach. Send photos, ask questions, get product advice anytime Monday - Friday 9-5 EST.
  2. Access to Curls Monthly HQ - your hub for all things curls, including things like our Curls Monthly Product Glossary, to learn about each product you receive.

Yes! If you forget to choose your products by the last day of the month prior, you opt in for our New Arrivals Mailer which are all the new products entered into the Product Vault that month!

You select your first month's products upon signing up!

All new subscription orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. 

Recurring subscription orders will be fulfilled between the 2nd and 3rd week of each month

First things first- make sure you are a current Curls Monthly member! Curl coaches are only available to Curls Monthly members. 

Next- login to your customer portal! Once you are logged in, a chat box will pop up in the bottom right corner of your screen to chat with your curl coaches! Ask away!

Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive an email back in 1-3 business days! If you still have not received an email, please fill out the contact form below the FAQ's on this page and we will be in contact.

Yes! Feel free to skip a month by going into your Customer Portal and select to skip your next month's payment to skip your mailer. 

However, if you choose to skip that month - you will not have access to a personal curl coach during the month you’ve skipped.

If you choose to cancel your Curls Monthly subscription, you may do so at any time by the second to last day of the month to end services immediately.

If you do not unsubscribe by the second to last day of the month, you will be charged and receive the next mailer and will not receive any mailers or be debited after that. To cancel, login to your customer portal and click "Select Products + Manage Subscription" button. Once that page loads, the option to cancel is at the bottom of the page.

If your phone number is on file, you will be texted a code!  However, we know not everyone chooses to share their number with us. If that’s the case, you will be emailed a code to the email linked to your customer portal! Be sure to check spam/junk for the code (it almost always goes there)

Payments

Once you're logged in to your customer portal, select "Payment Methods" to edit your information.

You will be charged upon signing up for this month’s mailer, then on the first day of next month + every month ongoing for monthly subscriptions.

For yearly subscriptions, you will be charged upon sign up for this month's mailer, then on an annual basis. So if you sign up on March 4, 2024, you will be rebilled March 4,2025.

For quarterly subscriptions, you will be charged upon sign up, then on the 1st of the month of each quarter (every 3 months).

All mailers will be final sale.

Due to the nature of this buisness, all sales are final and refunds are not initiated for any reason.

Shipping

Monthly Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that you can purchase when you sign up, or anytime after to protect your monthly shipments!

We will replace any items at no extra charge due to lost packages in the mail, USPS shipping damage, in-transit product mutilation, or poor weather. Any other shipping issue will be handled on a case by case basis.


You will be charged $1.99/mo and can cancel this benefit at anytime within your customer portal.

Once your shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number for your package.

In your portal, go to "Shipping Addresses" to change and update your shipping address.

We ship both our monthly subscription + our Starter Packs within the US.

All shipping is free!

If your purchased Shipping Protection, you can reach out to our help desk by filling out the contact form below or messaging us M-F 9-5est via our chat in the bottom right corner of this webpage, and we will replace your mailer or products for you free of charge if they fit the Shipping Protection requirements.

If you did not purchase shipping protection before the incident, you will have to file a claim with USPS. If you want to order another mailer while you are in the process of filing the claim, you can do so by filling out the contact form or messaging us M-F 9-5est via our chat in the bottom right corner of this webpage.

Note: You can always purchase shipping protection at any time to protect future packages.
