We have already taken care of this one for you, by (hopefully) reducing the number of full-sized bottles you are blindly buying without trying. So consider this one checked off!


Bought the full-sized version of a product you loved? Save the trial-sized and refill it for any upcoming travel you may have, or for refreshes on the go!


We are all about minimizing waste, in more ways than just your curl products. Good news: our mailers are both recyclable + biodegradable. Since every city has its own rules and regulations for what and how to recycle, we always recommend looking at your city / county’s website for how best to go about recycling your mailer!


All new subscription orders will be fulfilled within 7 business days.

Reoccurring subscription orders will be fulfilled in the 2nd and 3rd week of each month.

Monthly Subscribers: To change your shipping address, log into your customer portal and hit "View Addresses" and manage your correct address from here!

Yearly Subscribers: Please email to update your shipping address. You must email no later than the 5th of the month to update your shipping address for that month's mailer!

Login to your Customer Portal and click on "Manage my Subscription."

You will be charged on the first day of every month ongoing for monthly subscriptions. 

For yearly subscriptions, you will be charged on an annual basis.

Login to your Customer Portal and you will see "Order History" that will detail the Order Number, Date of Purchase and Fulfillment Status. Once your shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (See: "How do I track my order?").

Once your shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number for your V.I.P. (Very Important Package!).

Yes! We know life gets hectic and bathroom counters get full. Feel free to skip a month by going into your Customer Portal and select to skip that month's payment to skip your mailer.
