Shampoo and rinse. Pour Scalp Therapy crystals across wet palm. Rub hands together, adding water to dissolve crystals. Massage thoroughly into scalp, with special attention to all affected areas. Keep on scalp for 5 to 7 minutes. Then shampoo again and rinse thoroughly. Apply conditioner, then rinse. Can be used up to once a week.
